Longsheng Rice Terraces

The Longsheng Rice Terraces (龙胜梯田), mostly built during the Ming Dynasty about 500 years ago, could be considered one of the greater feats of mankind. They are built along the slope winding from the riverside up to the mountain top, ranging in elevation from 880 m to 380 m.
