On-A-Walk Sunset
Since I haven’t posted anything for a few days, today I figured I’d post two shots, both of which were taken last month while I was on a walk with my wife.

When I took this shot while I was on a walk with my wife, all I was thinking was “Oh, this might be funny to show people the address close to my home so that they can stalk me.” However, it turned out a lot better than I expected, and it’s actually one of my favorites shots now. I guess I just really like the orange reflecting off the back of the stop sign.

You can see the small crescent moon on the left side of this image. There was no post-processing done, other than creating the panoramic out of five hand-held shots.

This just goes to show you the great advice is right: When shooting a scene, always look behind you – you may find something better.
I was just a few minutes away from my home shooting a sunset, which wasn’t very interesting, when I finally turned around and noticed what was there. So I hurried and captured this image before the clouds rolled in front of the moon.
